Privacy Policy

1. Geolocation Data Processing: RADIUS is a location-based service. To filter and display relevant messages, the app requires access to your device's real-time GPS coordinates. This data is transmitted securely via HTTPS. We do not track your movement history. Your coordinates are strictly held in volatile memory (Redis) to deliver the service and are overwritten upon your next location update.

2. Data Retention & Anonymity: We respect your privacy. No phone numbers, emails, or real names are required to use RADIUS. Content retention is strictly ephemeral:

• Regular Messages: Automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 1 hour (3600 seconds) after publication.
• Premium Billboards (Ad Megaphone): Remain active for 24 hours to provide local visibility for businesses and events. You can manually delete your billboard at any time, or update its location to follow your real-time position.

3. Device Identifiers & Moderation: To prevent spam and enforce community guidelines, the app generates a random, unique cryptographic hash of your device (Device ID). This ID cannot be reverse-engineered to identify you personally. It is used solely for automated moderation (e.g., automatically banning devices that receive multiple user reports).

4. In-App Purchases (Radius Chat Pro): Payments for the "Radius Chat Pro" subscription are securely processed through RevenueCat and the official Apple App Store and Google Play Billing gateways. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or billing details.

5. User Rights: You may delete the app and clear your device storage at any time, which permanently destroys your local UUID and Session data, severing any connection to past anonymous broadcasts.
